Altaris completes take-private of Simulations Plus
Simulations Plus, the Nasdaq-listed developer of model-informed and AI-accelerated drug development software, announced the completion of its acquisition by affiliates of healthcare-focused investment firm Altaris. The transaction was originally announced on June 16, 2026, and shares of the company were converted at the effective time of the merger.
