Amphenol to buy defense circuit-board maker AdvancedPCB from IGP

Industrial Growth Partners agreed to sell AdvancedPCB, an Aurora, Colorado-based provider of high-reliability printed circuit boards for defense, aerospace and industrial customers, to Amphenol. Terms weren't disclosed; the deal needs US regulatory approval.

Why it matters: Amphenol adds six US facilities serving aerospace and defense primes at a time of growing demand from defense-tech customers.
