ANTA completes €1.5B purchase of 29% PUMA stake, becomes top shareholder
ANTA Sports completed its purchase of a 29.06% stake in PUMA from Artémis, the Pinault family's investment company, for €1,505.5 million in cash. After regulatory approvals, ANTA is now PUMA's largest shareholder and says it will respect the brand's independence while supporting its turnaround.
