Cognizant to acquire Australian SAP specialist DyFlex Solutions
Cognizant signed a definitive agreement to buy DyFlex Solutions, an Australia-headquartered SAP Platinum Partner with more than 300 people delivering advisory, implementation and managed services across Australia and New Zealand. Terms were not disclosed.
Why it matters: The deal deepens Cognizant's AI and SAP capabilities in ANZ and adds expertise in mining, energy, utilities and the public sector.
