Datavault AI signs LOI for 19.9% stake in DataMEDS AI

Nasdaq-listed Datavault AI, which provides data monetization, credentialing and real-world asset tokenization, entered a non-binding LOI to acquire a 19.9% equity interest in DataMEDS AI. The consideration is an expansion of Datavault's existing technology license with DataMEDS.
