Kapital to buy AI startup Woz for $30M
Kapital, an AI-powered financial institution and one of Latin America's largest B2B lenders, agreed to acquire Woz for $30 million in cash and stock. Woz is a Y Combinator-backed AI startup that builds coding agents for complex business uses. Its co-founders will become Kapital's Head of AI and CTO, and its San Francisco team will join Kapital.
