Kian Capital backs Allen Supply, adds TAP Industries
Lower-middle-market firm Kian Capital Partners partnered with Allen Supply, a family-owned distributor of commercial doors and hardware. Allen Supply then acquired TAP Industries, a distributor of commercial doors, frames, hardware and bathroom partitions. Together they form a multi-regional distribution platform.
