M&E Realty Partners launches with 835,000-sq-ft Kentucky buy

Epta Development Corp. and Maynards Group launched M&E Realty Partners to buy and reposition income-producing real estate in the US, Canada and UK. Its first acquisition is an approximately 835,000-square-foot industrial facility on 82 acres at 1000 Old Brunerstown Road in Shelbyville, Kentucky, in the Louisville market.
