Private equity firm OpenGate Capital completed its acquisition of Maersk Training, a Svendborg, Denmark-based provider of safety training and gas safety services, and its subsidiary Maersk H2S Safety Services, carved out of A.P. Møller - Mærsk. Terms were not disclosed.
