Procede Software acquires dealer software provider RIMSS
San Diego-based Procede Software, which serves more than 1,200 commercial vehicle dealer rooftops with its Excede platform, bought RIMSS (Responsive Information Management Systems and Services), founded in 1983 and supporting over 200 dealer groups working with OEMs such as Kubota, Case IH, AGCO and Hino.
