Pye-Barker Fire & Safety acquires Union Alarmtronic

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, the largest fully integrated fire protection, life safety and security services provider in the US, bought Union Alarmtronic, a New Jersey company installing, monitoring and maintaining alarm, video surveillance, access control and fire alarm systems for residential and commercial clients. Mesirow was the seller's exclusive financial advisor; terms were not disclosed.
