Redesign Health and ARC Global merge, plan to acquire AVIA
Redesign Health, a New York-based venture and applied technology firm building healthcare companies, is merging with ARC Global, the healthcare transformation engine founded at Israel's Sheba Medical Center. The combined group will also acquire AVIA. Dr. Stephen Klasko will be chairman. Terms were not disclosed.
Why it matters: The combination brings together more than 100 health systems to commercialize clinician-led innovations.
