Shorenstein buys 148 Lafayette Street office in SoHo

Shorenstein acquired 148 Lafayette Street, a 12-story, 154,000-square-foot Class A office and retail building in SoHo that is 100% leased to tenants including General Catalyst and WeWork. It is the final investment in Shorenstein Realty Investors Fourteen.
