Skyworks extends Qorvo note tender deadline as merger advances

Skyworks Solutions extended the expiration and withdrawal deadline for its exchange offer on Qorvo's outstanding 2029 and 2031 senior notes to Oct. 5, after the merger. The combination is pitched as creating a global player in high-performance radio frequency, analog and mixed-signal semiconductors.
