Truelink Capital to buy Johnson Controls' intrusion products unit

Los Angeles private equity firm Truelink Capital will acquire Johnson Controls' intrusion detection and alarm communication products business, including brands DSC, Qolsys, PowerG, Visonic, Bentel and Sur-Gard. It will operate as a standalone company; closing is expected in the first half of 2027 and terms were not disclosed.
