1248 Holdings buys Generate Capital's stake in fiber firm Ubiquity
Kansas City-based 1248 Holdings, a founding investor in Ubiquity, bought out Generate Capital's ownership. Ubiquity's fiber networks, marketed under the FiberFirst brand, serve more than 200,000 addresses in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and Omaha. Terms were not disclosed.
