Allstate's Arity to acquire INRIX assets

Arity, a Chicago-based subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation, agreed to acquire substantially all the assets of INRIX, a provider of transportation intelligence and mobility analytics. The acquisition, expected to close in 2026, combines Arity's predictive driving insights, built on more than three trillion miles of driving data, with INRIX's transportation analytics.
