ASSA ABLOY sells HID's PKI unit, a $58M-revenue business, to Vista

ASSA ABLOY agreed to sell HID's Public Key Infrastructure business unit, including IdenTrust, HydrantID and ZeroSSL, to Vista Equity Partners. The unit, which provides digital trust, authentication and certificate management, had 2025 sales of $58 million. Terms were not disclosed; closing is expected in Q4 2026.
