Brink's offers UK ATM divestiture to clear CMA review of NCR Atleos deal

Brink's said it will propose selling its NoteMachine/TestLink UK business after the UK Competition and Markets Authority issued a fast-track Phase 1 decision on its pending acquisition of NCR Atleos, citing overlap with Atleos' Cardtronics UK operations. Brink's said the remedy was already baked into its disclosed financials and does not change $200 million of expected run-rate synergies; the deal remains on track to close early in Q1 2027.

Why it matters: A pre-emptive divestiture keeps a major cash-handling consolidation on schedule rather than risking a lengthy Phase 2 probe.
