~$13.5BreportedStrategic acquisitionFinancial ServicesCompleted

Nuveen completed its acquisition of UK-based Schroders, forming what the firms call the only manager with top-ten global positions in active equities, active fixed income and private markets. The combined business oversees $2.6 trillion in assets across institutional and wealth channels and operates in more than 40 markets, with continued backing from Nuveen parent TIAA.
