CAE to sell Flightscape to SITA for $500M

Montreal-based CAE will sell Flightscape, its airline operations software business serving airlines and airports, to global aviation technology company SITA for an enterprise value of US$500 million. Closing is expected in the first half of 2027 after regulatory approvals.
