Capitol Imaging Services acquires Florida's Impression Imaging

Capitol Imaging Services, a U.S. imaging-center operator, acquired Impression Imaging, one of Florida's largest independent imaging providers specializing in PET/CT, advanced and molecular imaging and nuclear medicine. The deal adds four centers and more than 50 team members. Ziegler advised Impression Imaging; terms were not disclosed.

Why it matters: The deal strengthens Capitol Imaging's presence in South Florida and adds advanced and molecular imaging expertise.
