CBRE buys data center services firm Onnec for £460M

CBRE Group agreed to acquire Onnec Group, which provides data center infrastructure services to big tech companies in Europe and Asia Pacific. The initial cash price is £460 million (about $610 million), and the parties agreed to additional terms.
