Construction Partners acquired the two hot-mix asphalt plants, paving crews, equipment and more than 125 employees of J.H. Strain & Sons, a family-owned road builder in Tye, Texas. The operations join CPI's Lone Star Paving; J.H. Strain's quarry operations were sold separately.
