Federal Signal acquired substantially all assets of Global Vacuum Systems, a family-owned Navasota, Texas maker of custom liquid vacuum tank trucks, for about $29 million, including roughly $15 million for its manufacturing facility. GVS had about $12 million in 2025 net sales.
