HuFriedyGroup to acquire Mectron's dental business
Illinois-based HuFriedyGroup signed a framework agreement to acquire the dental business of Mectron S.p.A., known for piezoelectric surgery, ultrasonic scaling and air-polishing technologies. HuFriedyGroup has distributed Mectron devices in the U.S. and Canada since 2023.
