Louisville-based US WorldMeds acquired privately held Orbus Therapeutics, which advanced oral eflornithine through the Phase 3 STELLAR study in recurrent Grade 3 astrocytoma. Terms include an undisclosed upfront payment, milestone payments and tiered U.S. royalties.
