INTEGRIS Health to join Kaiser-backed Risant Health
Risant Health, a nonprofit created by Kaiser Permanente to bring together health systems focused on value-based care, agreed to add INTEGRIS Health. Oklahoma City-based INTEGRIS runs 10 acute and 10 specialty hospitals, the state's largest physician network and employs 13,000 people. The deal is pending regulatory approvals.
Why it matters: INTEGRIS would be Risant's third health system after Geisinger and Cone Health, expanding its value-based care model.
