Los Angeles private equity firm Interlock Equity completed the sale of Lovelytics to CDW. Founded in 2017 and based in Arlington, Virginia, Lovelytics advises enterprise customers on data and AI modernization and is a Databricks Brickbuilder partner. Terms were not disclosed.
