Huntsville-based NexTech Solutions acquired Halcyon Days Consulting of Stevensville, Maryland. HDC engineers TAK-based tactical mission networks and operational software for the U.S. military and its allies. The deal adds more than 90 engineers, operators and mission specialists to NexTech.
