Wildcat Defense agrees to buy Fraser Shipyards parent

Wildcat Defense, part of family office Wildcat Equity Partners, signed an exclusive agreement to acquire Fraser Industries, parent of Fraser Shipyards, Lake Assault Boats, Northern Engineering and Fraser Terminal. Wildcat expects to invest $350 million in the yard; a purchase price was not disclosed.
