NUBURU closes 70% stake in Italy's Tekne
NUBURU, a NYSE American-listed dual-use defense and security platform company, closed the acquisition of a 70% controlling interest in Tekne S.p.A. on October 15. Its chairman said the deal materially expands NUBURU's operating industrial platform.
