Nexus Capital completes Coldwater Creek acquisition
Los Angeles alternative asset manager Nexus completed its acquisition of CW Holdings from Newtimes Group. The company runs Coldwater Creek and Soft Surroundings, direct-to-consumer apparel and lifestyle brands serving women 45 and older through e-commerce and catalogs. Terms were not disclosed.
