NIIT Learning Systems buys Bluewater Learning for up to $17.6M

NIIT Learning Systems, a managed learning services provider, acquired 100% of Bluewater Learning, a Plano, Texas-based learning and talent transformation firm, through its subsidiary NIIT (USA). Consideration is up to $17.6 million, including performance-based earnouts over the next five years.
