Radnostix and NANO Nuclear seek NRC consent for asset sale

Radnostix, formerly International Isotopes, and NANO Nuclear Energy filed a joint letter of intent seeking NRC consent to transfer License SUB-1011 to NANO subsidiary HALEU Energy Fuel, under a September 28 asset purchase agreement. Lea County also approved an LOI for the roughly 640-acre Hobbs site.
