Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and McKesson agreed to acquire Option Care Health for $32.05 per share in a deal valued at about $5.8 billion. CD&R will hold majority ownership, while McKesson invests roughly $1.4 billion for about 49%, with a framework to potentially buy CD&R's stake later. Option Care shares jumped about 34%.

IntraBio reported sales of $68 million in 2025. The purchase follows Shionogi's acquisitions of Radicava and Tetra Therapeutics as it builds out a rare neurodegenerative disease franchise.
