Roots completes go-private sale to Marquee Brands
Toronto-based Roots completed its plan of arrangement under which Marquee Brands, through strategic operating partner JM&A Design & Development, acquired all outstanding shares for C$4.10 each in cash. The shares are expected to be delisted, and Roots announced a leadership transition.
