Stord buys AMS Fulfillment in its largest deal yet
Atlanta-based commerce logistics company Stord acquired AMS Fulfillment, a 3PL serving premium beauty, wellness and DTC brands. The deal adds over 1 million square feet across hubs in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Philadelphia. Terms were not disclosed.
Why it matters: The deal adds over 1 million square feet of warehouse space as Stord scales its network following a $3 billion valuation.
