Copart completes its acquisition of ACV Auctions
Online vehicle auction giant Copart has closed its acquisition of ACV Auctions, the NYSE-listed digital dealer-to-dealer auction platform. CEO Jay Adair called the deal an important milestone in Copart's growth strategy. Terms were not restated in the announcement.
