Tucows' Ting Fiber to exit Colorado Springs

Ting Fiber, an indirect subsidiary of Tucows, entered agreements to transfer its dark fiber network lease in Colorado Springs, expected to close March 31, 2027. Ting will keep serving local customers through a transition completed by June 30, 2027. The counterparty and terms were not disclosed.
