CSL Group acquires US IoT eSIM provider SIMPL Wireless
CSL Group, a London-based critical connectivity provider, acquired Duluth, Georgia-based SIMPL Wireless, which offers multi-carrier eSIM connectivity for IoT. It is CSL's second acquisition of 2026 after IoTM Solutions and gives it a North American foothold.
