Vusion completes acquisition of In-Store Media

Paris-listed Vusion, a provider of digitalization solutions for physical stores, completed its acquisition of In-Store Media, a Barcelona-based designer of in-store retail media networks working with 90 retail banners and more than 1,600 brands. The deal, announced in July, is financed through a bridge facility with €200 million in commitments.

Why it matters: The deal makes in-store retail media a core pillar of Vusion's connected store platform.
