Zhone Technologies acquires Tellabs Access

Uber is buying ezCater, a U.S. platform for catering and workplace meals, in an all-cash deal valued at $2.3 billion. ezCater generated over $2.5 billion in gross bookings over the past 12 months and was bootstrapped for seven years before its first outside round.

Sportradar agreed to sell Atrium Sports, Synergy Sports' coaching and scouting business, to Teamworks Innovations for $170 million in cash.

Automation Anywhere agreed to acquire conversational and voice AI company Boost.ai from Nordic Capital; terms were not disclosed and closing is expected in Q4 2026.
