Autoliv completes acquisition of Italy's MCF Safety Belts
Automotive safety leader Autoliv completed its purchase of MCF Safety Belts, based near Turin, after final regulatory approval. MCF has about 60 employees and annual sales of around €10 million, serving more than 500 commercial and specialty vehicle customers. Terms were not disclosed.
