Caterpillar completes acquisition of Fabick Cat dealership
Caterpillar completed its purchase of Fabick, a Cat dealer serving portions of Missouri and Illinois, all of Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula, after agreeing to the deal in September. Caterpillar SVP Steve Ferguson becomes Fabick's CEO and dealer principal. Terms were not disclosed.
