Kewaunee Scientific to acquire lab dealer Nycom
Laboratory furniture maker Kewaunee Scientific signed a definitive agreement to buy longtime partner Nycom, a lab design and project delivery dealer. Kewaunee plans to use Nycom's platform to grow organically and pursue acquisitions across North America. Terms were not disclosed.
