CPP Investments and Dream close $585.8M GTA industrial buy
A joint venture formed in December 2025 by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Dream Unlimited and Dream Industrial REIT acquired an industrial portfolio in the Greater Toronto Area for $585.8 million. The portfolio comprises five newly developed mid- and large-bay logistics assets totaling about 2.1 million square feet.
