Simon agrees to acquire Seattle's University Village

Retail REIT Simon agreed, through a subsidiary, to acquire University Village, an open-air shopping and dining center near the University of Washington in Seattle. The center has grown to nearly 600,000 square feet and hosts more than 100 businesses, including Apple, RH Gallery and Lululemon. Terms were not disclosed.
