Strategic Storage Trust VI, a public non-traded REIT sponsored by an affiliate of SmartStop Self Storage REIT, completed its all-stock merger with private REIT Strategic Storage Growth Trust III, also SmartStop-sponsored. The combination creates a self-storage REIT of about $1 billion.
