CrowdStrike to acquire AI security testing firm Dreadnode

CrowdStrike agreed to buy Dreadnode, whose technology continuously tests AI models, applications and agents for security weaknesses before deployment, and will add it to the Falcon platform. The deal was announced at Fal.Con Europe; terms were not disclosed.

Why it matters: It is CrowdStrike's second AI-trust acquisition announced the same day.
